Many spas and wellness centres still run on paper diaries, spreadsheets and a separate billing tool. Bookings clash, stock runs out without warning, therapist commissions are worked out by hand, and nobody can say who changed what. SWM brings all of it into one web app. Bookings, treatments, stock, sales, purchases, invoices, payments and commissions are connected, so confirming an order updates stock and commission, and every change is recorded.

- Invoices and payments: statuses are Unpaid, Part Paid, Overdue and Paid. A payment can't exceed the balance, and payments can be cancelled to correct mistakes.
- Commission management: filter by therapist or status, mark commissions paid one at a time or in bulk, and see a per-person summary
- Purchase module: purchase orders with a receive-into warehouse, vendor bills, vendor payments and payables tracking
- Inventory and stock: treatments (with duration) and stock items (with reorder level), multiple warehouses, and add, remove, count or transfer stock with full movement history. Stock can never go negative.
- Customers and vendors: groups, categories, contacts, auto codes (CST-0001, VND-0001), outstanding balances, and detail views with recent orders and upcoming bookings
- Staff and organization: teams, employment types, hire dates, commission rates, calendar colours and optional login accounts
- Sales and purchase reports: revenue, collections, outstanding, top customers, top products, sales by therapist, payments by method, spend by vendor, and receivables and payables ageing. Reports cover any period, and every table exports to Excel.
- PDF documents: A4 sales orders, invoices, purchase orders and bills with your logo, address and tax number, plus DRAFT, CANCELLED and PAID stamps
